<p>The mechanical drive unit comprises gears between an input and an output shaft. The gears consist of a planetary gear train (3) with a planet carrier (4) and two further gears, pref. a sun wheel and a crown wheel. The input (1) and output (2) shafts are coupled to the gears and to the planet carrier, while the remaining part of the drive unit is coupled via a steplessly-adjustable drive (10) to the input shaft. The latter drive can be of the cone pulley or friction-wheel type.</p> |
