<p>PURPOSE:To accurately correct the cambers during rolling within the maximum permissible range of the load factors of driving motors by making the blind zone of load balance control variable in correspondence to the load factors of the upper and lower driving motors. CONSTITUTION:When a chamber is produced in a rolled plate, a level range segmented in a logical circuit 13 for load factor decision is detected based on the outputs from upper, lower roll load factor meters 21, 22, and a load balance blind zone area is outputted to a load balance blind zone correcting and control circuit 16 by a setting circuit 14 for load balance blind sector. Thereupon, it is compared with the blind sector for current load balance, and the compared value thereof is outptted to a control circuit 12 for load balance blind sector, where correction is added to the blind sector for current load balance, and the corrected value thereof is outputted to an upper roll speed setting circuit 1 and a lower roll speed setting circuit 2. Hence, upward camber and downward camber are corrected and controlled within the permissible range of the load factors of upper and lower driving motors.</p> |
