<p>The panel unit is produced, with adequate stiffening and heat insulation, ready for easy mounting on any external wall, without skill, using simple tools and if appropriate ready for a weather- proofing finish or painting. It is self-supporting. A support structure is made of any suitable material, with insulating foaming or cladding. It can be of any size, in each dimension, and is suitable for new buildings and for renovation of old ones. Cavities and grooves can be cut into the panel, for insertion of tie bars, which may be cemented to the insulating material, providing stiffening.</p> |
