<p>The electric continuous flow water heater for domestic premises has a sealed housing (12) with a valve (16) controlling flow from a water supply connection (15) to spray jet behind a bladed rotor (20) inside the top. The finely divided water spray (18) is then heated by a set of heating rods (24) underneath. These are supported vertically by a number of perforated horizontal corrugated plates (26) with a circulating space (34) around them. The temperature at the supply and return connections is regulated by two thermostats (28,29) adjacent to these points. At the discharge point (14) can be located a circulating pump (27). The thermostats can be included in an electronic control circuit. The perforated sheets can be of copper, and a few centimeters apart. The blades of the motor can occupy nearly the full width of the casing.</p> |
