PURPOSE:To guarantee the sequence of access by providing a write buffer for holding a write access information, writing a write access to the main storage device in case when a cash mis-bit has been detected, and after that, converting to a read-out access and accessing it. CONSTITUTION:When a detector 19 has detected a mis-bit which has not been registered in the cash memory 30, by comparing the prescribed bits of every block of the address array 10, it is written through the command qualifying circuit 41, and after that, a read-out access is selected, it is written in the main storage device 2 by the write access information which has been stored in the write buffer 40, and subsequently, it is read out, and the sequence of the read-out access to the same data as that of the write access on the write buffer is guaranteed easily and exactly. |
