PURPOSE:To easily prevent the generation of dust by utilizing the air flow due to a rotation of a disk, making the air flow being emitted from and being inhaled to the disk circulate in parallel to the surface of the disc, and providing an adsorption filter in its flow passage. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 6 is rotated in the direction A by motor M1, an air layer adhering to its surface is thrown out to the outside in the direction 15 by centrifugal force, and also the pressure is reduced and air is inhaled in the direction 17. In this way, the air layer which has been thrown out from the disk 6 is formed in parallel to the surface of the disk 6, flows in order of the passages 15, 16, the filter 13, the passage 17 and the disk 6, and a circulating air flow is formed. Dust or the like contained in the circulating air flow is removed by the filter 13 provided on the way, and since the surface of the disk 6 is always kept clean, a head crush does not occur. |
