PURPOSE:To alleviate the power loss of a controlled semiconductor element by connecting a fixed resistor in series with the output side of the semiconductor element to perform the function of a serial element of a filter circuit for the resistor. CONSTITUTION:A high speed switching transistor 21 connected to a power source 1 is controlled in response to the deviation between the load voltage and the reference votage by a control pulse generator circuit 4. A fixed registor 31 connected in series with the output side of the high speed switching transistor 21 forms a part of a filter circuit 3, also forms a serial controlling element S.C. together with the transistor 21 and shares partly the consumption power of the circuit caused by the voltage step-down. Thus, it can alleviate the power loss of the semiconductor element and can facilitate the integration of the circuit part excluding the fixed resistor. |
