An airless centrifugal blast device in the form of a two-bladed wheel mounted for rotational movement about either a horizontally or vertically disposed axis and means for off center gravitational feed of particulate media to the inner end portions of the blades (12, 14) with the particulate media feed tube (66) tapering in cross section to the discharge opening (70) and with extension of the discharge opening (70) being provided in the direction of rotation of the wheel.
