It is formed by means of a support 1 in the form of a card, which comprises a first quartz digital screen 2, to which the amount of a first currency is transmitted, in the form of numbers, by means of a ten-digit keyboard 4, and a second screen 3 where the amount of a second currency is shown in the form of numbers upon actuation of any of the two control keys 5 and 6 incorporated in the support 1 which, in turn, has a battery powered by solar panels 7. All the elements are interconnected by a double- programming electronic circuit, on the basis of the exchange rate between the first currency and the second currency. <IMAGE>
