PURPOSE:To restrain generation of bubbles and reduce the consumption of a coating liquid, by determining adequately an angle between the tangent of the trajectory of the coating liquid and the surface of the object to be coated. CONSTITUTION:At a point where a coating liquid 2 collides with a face panel 1, an angle between the tangent of the trajectory of the coating liquid 2 after it is injected and the surface 1a to be coated is assigned to be less than 90 deg.. When the coating liquid 2 hits the face panel 1, very few amount of liquid is spreading over the point of contact, and, therefore, the inejcted coating liquid 2 is used without waste for wetting the whole surface of the panel. |
