PURPOSE:To reduce hysteresis in ignition timing characteristics by a method wherein a small annular band supported by a fixed base is provided at the inner peripheral part of a semicircular movable base to which a stator core is fixed. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor movable base 12, to which the stator core opposing to a reluctor 3 and a permanent magnet 15 are fixed, is pivotably supported on the fixed base 9 fixed to the housing 4 of the distributor. A pick-up coil 18 is fixed to the fixed base 9 in a space at the opposite side of the movable base 12. The small annular band 123 supported to the fixed base 9 through balls 10 as a bearing is provided at the inner peripheral part of said movable base 12 to receive the looseness in up-and-down directions of the movable base 12 by it, therefore, the distributor, in which the hysteresis in the ignition timing characteristics is small, may be obtained. |
