PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic injection molded product which is excellent in strength, elongation, and a surface smoothness, by a method wherein, after a vulcanized powder rubber, produced through the pulverization of waste tyres and the like, is masticated by means of rolls, and is kneaded togetherwith thermoplastic resin for injection molding. CONSTITUTION:There is masticated by means of rolls 100pts.wt. of vulcanized powder rubber, and 30-200pts.wt. (but, 30pts.wt. or more of thermoplastic resin) of thermoplastic resin (for example; styrenbutadienstyren rubber) is added to the kneaded vulcanized powder rubber. The addition is kneaded and is injection- molded under the temperature higher than a fusing temperature to obtain a molded product. Mastication of the vulcanized powder rubber is performed using open rolls which have the same diameter and different rotation ratio from each other, and is carried out in the condition of preferably a roll temperature of 10-50 deg.C, a roll gap of 0.2-0.5mm., and the number of the passages of the vulcanized powder rubber through the rolls for mastication being 5-30 times. |
