摘要 A polyphase synchronous motor is rotated by a unit incremental angle for each pulse input to the motor control circuit. The position error between the reference position and the controlled position of an object connected to the motor is detected. The direction of the motor rotation is controlled by the polarity of the detected position error, and the frequency of the input pulse to the motor control circuit is maintained to be proportional to the magnitude of the detected position error. But this frequency is limited in a predetermined range, when the magnitude of the detected position error exceeds the corresponding limit.
