PURPOSE:To reduce an electric resistance by using superconducting ceramics for a conductor material used for a circuit substrate for a high speed computer, such as a supercomputer, and using glass-ceramics as an insulating material. CONSTITUTION:Green sheets of glass-ceramics 1, 2 are formed. In order to connect superconductor layers therebetween, through hole forming holes are formed at predetermined positions in the sheets, and paste of superconducting ceramics 3 is printed from above. A plurality of these sheets are superposed, pressurized to be laminated, and integrated. This laminate is baked in the atmosphere, and the conductor 3 and the ceramic insulators 1, 2 are integrated. Thus, an electric resistance is reduced, the attenuation of the signal is reduced, and a long circuit network can be formed in high density. |
