A device in large food preparation vessels (10) and the like, especially for large kitchens. The object of the present invention is to provide a device of the kind mentioned above, which by simple means provides a flexible system for facilitating emptying of the vessel with its content. This has been achieved by the fact that the vessel (10) at its upper open end is provided with a pair of guides (14) arranged to converge towards an edge of the vessel from opposite sides of the opening (13) of the vessel, said guides being intended for detachable attachment of a plate (15a-d) provided with a spout (16, 19), strainer holes (17) or the like for facilitating emptying of the vessel. |
