Controlled room ventilation valve

The room ventilation valve is fitted in an opening (3) in the ceiling or wall of the room and has an electrically displaced valve element (6) cooperating with a valve seat (1). A freely programmable control unit (9) for the valve operating drive (8) is incorporated in the valve and connected to a bidirectional bus interface for reception of control signals from the bus line system.
