Plastics crate for bottles

The plastics crate has a rectangular shape with internal dividing walls to form the compartment. A sloping floor (22) in each compartment causes the bottles to tilt with the upper ends braced against the dividing walls. This stabilises the bottle position and allows alignment ie. labelling facing one way when the bottles are machine loaded into the crate. The sloping floor covers only part of the floor area of each compartment, with the bottom of each bottle supported by a flat area (21) at one side of each base section. The side walls of the crate have openings for lifting the crates and for displaying the crate contents.
