PURPOSE:To ensure the operation of a dynamic circuit that is stable with respect to the potential fall due to the heavy load imposed when a lamp is turned ON by shifting the timings of lamp switch ON and system operation with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a lamp 221 turns ON with a lamp switch 216 being manipulated, a differential signal is obtained at an AND gate 220. The signal is inputted to a clock forming circuit 210 and the clock supply of a main circuit 202 is stopped. Upon the system operation of the circuit 202, on the contrary, the output signal 312 of a system starting circuit 211 becomes 1, a 32Hz signal is masked by an OR219 and lamp switch ON is prohibitted. |
