<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a kneading machine which is suited for materials requiring long-time kneading by forming the feed part on the rotor beginning end side of a twin-shaft continuous type kneading machine into a large diameter and providing a movable wall which can move between the front and rear kneading parts. CONSTITUTION:In the twin-shaft type kneading machine in which the L/D rotors is made large, field parts 5 provided with supply flights 51 on the beginning end side of both rotors 4 are made larger in diameter as compared to the other parts, and the supply flights 51 thereof are meshed with each other of both rotors 4. A movable wall 72 which is provided on part of the circular sectional shape parts 21 provided to the rotors and the chamber 1 outward thereof and is movable in the radial direction is provided between front and rear kneading parts 6, 9. Then, high material feeding force is obtainable in spite of a decrease in the rotating speed of the rotors and the pressure of kneading materials is made optimum extent by the movable wall, whereby the quality is improved.</p> |
