<p>PURPOSE:A food product, directly or after moisture is given, is exposed to a temperature atmosphere of 700-1,000 deg.C or of 1,000-1,500 deg.C to permit the food product to keep longer. CONSTITUTION:Sea products and paste products from sea fish, meat and processed meat products, processed starch products, processed soybean food products, processed egg products, vegetables and processed vegetable products, or fruits are directly or after moisture is given thereto, exposed to a high-temperature atmosphere of 700-1,000 deg.C in a quiet airflow condition for 2-7sec or of 1,000-1,500 deg.C for 0.2-3sec.</p> |
