PURPOSE:To enlarge expansional difference remarkably by a small adhesive amount of sol by a method wherein plastisol or organosol containing chemical foaming agent is coated and attached by the use of chemical embossment method and a rotary screen printing system. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a resin sheet 1 containing chemical foaming agent is coated by activiation ink 2, inactivation ink 5 containing resolution inhibitor of chemical foaming agent and vinyl chloride rsin sol 4 containing chemical foaming agent and its resolution accelerator and heated so that there appear differences in the degree of expansion. Because the feeling to the roughness is remarkably strong, when it is especially applied to the wall paper, the depth of embossment is enlarged without increasing the thickness of the sheet. |
