PURPOSE:To enable the insertion of the coil of a high space factor without extending a peripheral length of the coil by a method wherein after a blade and a stripper are simultaneously raised and the coil is inserted as much as a prescribed quantity, the slot is removed to allow the coil to be inserted in the slot. CONSTITUTION:The coil 7 is inserted between the predetermined blades 3 and at the same time, the stator core 9 is supported by a supporting member 8, and a cylinder 18 is operated to cause a surface plate 16 to be raised. The surface plate 6 causes the blades 3 and the stripper 4 to be thrusted up, the blades 3 being fitted on the inner peripheral surface of the core 9 at first and further, being projected on the top surface of the core 9 passing through the core. Still further, the stripper 4 also passes through the core 9 as the surface plate 16 rising, and the coil 7 is inserted in the slot 10 of the core 9. Then, the cylinder 18 is rearwardly operated to cause the blades 3 to be descended. With the descent of the blades to the predetermined position, the stripper 4 rises to cause the coil 7 to be removed from the blades and enables the coil to be thrusted in the slot 10 of the core 9. |
