PURPOSE:To improve the reliability as an original arranging device, by shortening a power supply time for the ball as much as possible, which is attracted to an electromagnet and consists of a magnetic substance, to prevent the ball from remaining on the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:A ball 33 is always put on the roller 31. When an original 14 is inserted to the arranging device, this insertion is detected by the detector 49, and power is supplied to the electromagnet 34 by this detection signal to rotate the roller 32. By this power supply, the ball 33 is attracted to the magnet 34 to open the insertion path, and the original 14 is led to the space, which is made by the roller 31 and the ball 33, easily. Next, when the original 14 is inserted furthermore, the detector 35 detects the tip of the original to stop power supply to the electromagnet 34. Therefore, the ball 33 drops onto the roller 31 through the original 14 to start the arranging action for the original. Thus, attraction and drop operations of the electromagnet and the ball are performed very stably, so that the reliability of the device is improved considerably. |
