PURPOSE:To dispense with a preparatory period of time by a method wherein a winding work is performed without accumulation of wire and without dismounting or mounting the notched section of an accumultion and winding ring. CONSTITUTION:The guide reel 4, having a tensional function and installed on the accumulation and winding ring 13, guides the lead wire 15, which will become a secondary winding, so that the wire can be wound around a core 12. A plurality of guide rollers 16, with which the core 12 is rotated by interlocking with the rotating accumulation and wiring ring 13, is provided around the core 12. A measuring roll 17 is rotated by the lead wire 15 and measures the length of the lead wire to be wound around the core 12. By shifting a frame 20 and a roller stand 21 to maintain them always at the prescribed position, a winding work can be performed on the core 12 in accordance with the respective varied sizes of the core 12. |
