PURPOSE:To contrive the attainment of high density and small-size high performance of the coil by a method wherein a bonding agent is applied only to a surface of a coil wiring to cause the wiring to selectively be adhere-fixed. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is fixed to rotation centers 3, 3', and the wiring 4 is wound round by a winding machine. The winding machine is provided with a small tank 6 in which the bonding agent 5 is put, and the bonding agent led out of the tank is applied to a lead wire 4 at a porous nozzle 7. The bonding agent 5 can be sucked up into the tank 6 and the lead wire 4 passing through the nozzle 7 unit can also be kept from the bonding agent 5 adhereing, by making the inside of the tank be subjected to a negative pressure as required. Thereby, a coil turbulence can be prevented without using the coil frame selectively applying the bonding agent to the necessary parts of the lead wire and winding the wire round, the coil can be made high density and small-size high performance. |
