PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the inventory control of a card issuing company easier and to enable the card production at a card manufacturing factory to be systematically performed. SOLUTION: A settlement center 5 receives card issuing information at a card issuing machine 1 from a repeater device 3 and card information distributed to shops from a card manufacturing factory 6, predicts the amount of card inventory at each the shops ten days later, compares a predicted value with a fixed value and, when the predicted value is smaller, a message for facilitating a card order is transmitted to the repeater device 3 of a corresponding shop. The repeater device 3 displays the received message. When order information of prepaid cards is inputted according to the message, the repeater device 3 transmits the inputted order information to the settlement center 5. The settlement center 5 instructs the card manufacturing factory 6 to deliver the prepaid cards according to the order information. The card manufacturing factory 6 receives the instruction from the settlement center 5 and delivers the cards to the shop. |
