PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly measure the time required for manual adjustment and automatic adjustment so as to perform proper process design of adjusting line. SOLUTION: A command of time measurement is given to each adjusting step of programs of control terminal for controlling apparatus for adjusting equipment and a timer function capable of time measurement according to the time measurement command is given to the control terminal. Based on the time measurement command, time from the start to the end of the adjusting step is measured at each adjusting step and the measured data are recorded separately in manual adjustment and automatic adjustment. |
