PURPOSE:To obtain superior cleaning effect by mounting a case to the cartridge containing part of a magnetic disc device, and operating a driving motor thereby revolving a spindle shaft at prescribed speeds. CONSTITUTION:When using this driving device, a cover 34 is removed and the device is mounted to the cartridge containing part of a magnetic disc device. At this time, a hub part 25a is placed on the driving hub 6 of the spindle shaft of the magnetic disc device, and a cone part 6a is inserted into a cone hole part 25b. A fixed disc 4 is rotated at several tens or several hundred revolution by a driving motor 25. Hence, when a spatula is inserted through a fixed disc cleaning window 3a and the surface of the disc 4 is cleaned, the cleaning work is made easy and cleaning effect is improved because the number of revolutions of the disc 4 is adequate and the operator can be absorbed in the operation of the spatula. |
