<p>The transmission has a housing, for a drive- and a take-off shaft, which are aligned, and have radial and axial bearings. intermediate shafts, to drive/take-off shaft, each carry two gears, forming a pair. The first gear meshes with the drive gear, the second with the take-off gear. There is also a unit for even distribution of the load, to all transmission path. The helix angles of the two gears are meshed according to the following function:- cotg beta 2 = (1,25) x cotg beta 1 x d2/d1 where beta 1 is the angle of the helical toothing of the first gear (6), beta 2 is the angle of the helical toothing of the second gear (7), d1 the rolling circle diameter of the first gear, and d2 the rolling circle diameter of the second gear. The pair of wheels is axially movable, and there is an axial bearing (12,13) on either side. The housing-sided bearing section is supported on the housing (8) via compression springs (15).</p> |
