PURPOSE:To facilitate the jointing reliably and to assemble efficiently by securing an anode vein and anode cylinder through welding structure. CONSTITUTION:Concave grooves 12, 12... are formed in axial direction with predetermined interval on the outer-circumference of an anode cylinder 11. The position of said grooves 12, 12... coinside with the center of a plurality of anode veins 13, 13... arranged radially at the inside of said cylinder 11. The cylinder 11 and the anode veins 13, 13... are welded by irradiating the beam energy from the outside of the cylinder 11 to each concave groove 12, 12... by means of a laser or electron beam welder to penetrate the cylinder material and to reach to the vein 13. |
