PURPOSE:To permit escaping of a cantilever from a locked groove at suitable jump width by mounting an electromagnetic coil with slight inclination to the direction of feeding a cantilever. CONSTITUTION:A detector which detects the entry of a contactor 6 in a locked groove repeatedly reproducing the same track when it occurs and generates a jump pulse is provided. An electromagnetic coil 10 which sucks a ferromagnetic material 9 provided to a cantilever 7 supporting the contactor 6 when it is energized by this jump pulse is also provided, and this coil 10 is mounted to the support 11 supporting the cantilever 7 with inclination of a slight angle to the direction of feeding the cantilever 7. Hence, when reproduction enters the locked groove, the detector detects this, and allows the cantilever 7 to jump, thereby releasing the same from the locked groove. |
