PURPOSE:To make the generation of high speed and highly stable holding outputs possible with simple constitution by generating the compensation signal changing similarly to the change in the holding voltage of a capacitor on the basis of prescribed compensation pulses. CONSTITUTION:The compensation pulse Vc of the in-phase or antiphase with the sampling pulse Vs inputting to a sampling gate circuit 7 formed of a diode bridge or the like from terminals 2, 3 is differentiated by a differentiating circuit by the capacitor 11, resistance 12, etc. of a compensating circuit 16, and the differentiated current is applied to the inversion input terminal of an amplifier 9. From the amplifier 9, the compensation signal Vd changing similarly to the change in the holding voltage Vh by a holding capacitor 4 according to the holding pulses is generated. This signal Vd is applied to an output amplifier 5, by which the holding output V0 is compensated and the holding output is generated at a high speed and high stability. |
