CONSTITUTION:A sprayed layer with superior wear resistance is formed on each surface of parts such as a piston ring and a cylinder liner sliding at high speed by a plasma spraying method using mixed powder as a spraying material. The powder consists of 15-60% mixed powder of an Ni-Cr alloy as a self-fluxing alloy and Mo and the balance high-carbon ferrochromium powder having 170-325 mesh and contg. 60-70% Cr. The Ni-Cr alloy powder has 170-325 meshes and contains B, C, si and Fe by <=8% to the total amount of the spraying material.</p>
