PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate and compact igniter for engine by providing a sensor to detect the number of revolution of the engine, variable rate in the air inlet pressure of the engine, and ignition timing, and an ignition unit to induce ignition voltage by input signals from each sensor. CONSTITUTION:A distributor housing 1 contains a pressure sensor to detect variable rate of the negative pressure according to moving rate of a link 81 which is connected to a diaphragm, a rotary sensor 19 to detect the number of revolution of the engine in cooperation with blades 18a of a rotary base 18 which is fixed on the rotary shaft 2, a rotary sensor 20 to detect ignition timing of the engine in cooperation with blades 18b of the rotary base 18, and an ignition unit 21 to interrupt conduction current of an ignition coil at the progressive angle fixed containing a microprocessor to which signal input is applied from each sensor. Thus, connection, wiring, etc. from the sensors can be omitted so that is can be an accurate and compact igniter for engine. |
