The arrangement comprises a first joint part (1) pivoting relative to a base part (3), a second joint part (2) pivoting relative to the first joint part, and a delay arrangement with a chamber (12), in which a fluid is provided, whose fluidity is adjustable through a high voltage applied by device of two electrodes, for linearly adjusting a brake torque effective around a first and/or around a second axis. The arrangement comprises a first joint for storing a first joint part (1), at least pivoting relative to a base part (3), and a second joint for storing a second joint part (2), at least pivoting relative to the first joint part. A delay arrangement is provided for delaying a relative movement between the first joint part and the base part around a first axis, and/or for delaying a relative movement between the second joint part and the first joint part around a second axis. The delay arrangement includes a chamber (12), in which a fluid is provided, whose fluidity is adjustable through a high voltage applied by device of two electrodes, for linearly adjusting a brake torque effective around the first and/or around the second axis. |
