PURPOSE:To prevent the double registration of individual patient data as well as the double print-out of an itemized statement on the compounding of medicines and compensation by using the date of birth to check the individual patient data when said data is registered to a prescribed computer in accordance with a medical prescription prepared outside a hospital. CONSTITUTION:When a patient receives medicines from a dispensary based on a medical prescription after a diagnosis, the various types of individual patient data are registered to a computer for the claim note of insurance and compounding of medicines in accordance with the medical prescription prepared outside the hospital. In other words, the name, the date of birth, etc. of the patient are stored to an individual patient data memory part 6 within a memory 5. Then the names of medicines are stored to a medicine compounding data memory part 7. When individual data of plural patients are called, a retrieval key on a keyboard 1 is operated in responding to designation and nondesignation to call and check the date of birth out of the individual data. Then the correct data is displayed on a CRT9. Thus the date of birth of the patient is used as a key to call and check the individual patient data. This prevents the double registration of the individual patient data as well as the double print-out of the itemized statement on the compounding of medicines and compensation. |
