PURPOSE:To measure the diameter of a light beam in an optional direction, by providing a means of moving the center of a rotary disk freely. CONSTITUTION:When metallic fitting 8 for supporting a motor is in the Y-axial direction, the diameter of a light beam in the X-axial direction is measured through pinhole 6. The bolt and nut 11 are loosened and, after metallic fitting 8 is moved to set them in the X-axial direction, tightened up, so that the movement locus of pinhole 6 describes arc 7 in the Y-axial direction. Thus, the X-axial and Y-axial diameters of the light beam are measured. |
