摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable regeneration at high yield, by cooling a composite material comprising waste materials to or below a brittleness temperature, pulverzing the cooled composite material, and separating and sorting the pulverized materials. CONSTITUTION:Braid wastes are chopped by a cutter 1 into pellets, which are introduced into a low-temperature cooler 10. A resin portion of the pelletized composite material is cooled to or below the brittleness temperature of the resin of about -40 deg.C, is then thrown into an impact-type crusher 20, in which it is crushed by a rotary hammer. Next, a mixed product comprising metallic materials resin particles thus obtained is fed to a separator-sorter 30, in which stainless steel particles are removed under attraction by a magnetic separator 32, then the remaining resin particle portion is delivered to a vibrating screen device 34, to be sorted. A metallic piece portion thus separated and extracted is recovered as a regenerated material, whereas a particulate resin portion is washed with water, and is dried to be recovered as a particulate regenerated product.</p>
