PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken easily and reliably startup until the effect of incision and coagulation appears even if electrodes different in cubic capacity and surface area of a treatment instrument, improve sharpness, shorten treatment time, and improve safety. SOLUTION: A touch of a monopolar electrode 13b of a monopolar treatment instrument 13a on an organism is detected by a voltage sensor 28 or a current sensors 29. Then on the basis of a detected signal, high frequency outputs are supplied by a high frequency scorching device 11 at a prescribed value, high frequency outputs are supplied at an initial set value higher than a prescribed value during an initial period at startup time. Moreover, at least one of the initial period and the initial set value can be changed. |
