PURPOSE:To suppress wave to be produced when a hull advances by guiding water in front of the hull into a water path formed in longitudinal direction of the hull and reducing variation of cross-section profile of the hull. CONSTITUTION:A hull 1 has a rectangular profile and the opposite sidefaces 2A, 2B of the hull are formed into rectangular plates. A water path 6 is formed by opposite side barrier walls 4A, 4B and a ceiling barrier wall 5 at the inside of the hull. A propulsion unit 7 is arranged in central portion of the water path 6. Water at the front end portion F of the water path 6 is moved to the rear by the propulsion unit 7, and since the cross-sectional profile of the hull does not vary, production of wave is suppressed when a vessel advances. |
