PURPOSE:To eliminate a waste of time and to enhance responsiveness, when the discharge capacity of a compressor is controlled by control inputs (duty ratio), by maintaining the duty ratio within a specific range, while controlling the duty ratio not to come to the values 0 and 1. CONSTITUTION:A variable capacity compressor 1 is provided with a capacity varying mechanism 1a, and a driving pulley 1b thereof is connected to an engine to be driven. And to the discharge pipe 2 of the compressor 1, a condenser 3 and a receiver 4 are connected in series, and further to the receiver 4 and evaporator 6 is connected via an expansion valve 5. Further, to the outlet pipe 6a of the evaporator 6, the suction pipe 6b of the compressor 1 is connected. And the capacity varying mechanism 1a is controlled by changing the control input (duty ratio: Dt) of a solenoid valve 9 by means of a control part 8 on the basis of the information from a sensor part 7. In this case, the duty ratio is maintained within the range of Dmin<=DtDmax. Thus, the duty ratio can be kept within the range between the minimum and the maximum values. |
