<p>PURPOSE:To make possition correction and smoothing of a surface material easy even after pasting, by applying a mixt. of an aqueous adhesive and an inorg. filler to the surface of a polyolefin foam body sheet via a chloroprene adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Both or one of the faces of polyolefin foam sheet 1 is coated with chloroprene adhesive 2, on which mixt. 3 of an aqueous adhesive and an inorg. filler is applied. The sheet 1 is made of polyethylene, polypropylene or ethylenepropylene rubber. The sheet 1 of a closed-cell structure is commonly used because the sheet of an open-cell structure is difficultly coated with an adhesive and gives undesirable influence on the base material because of water permeability, while the one of a closed-cell structure is excellent in heat insulating properties, compression characteristics, water resistance, water nonpermeability, etc. A vinyl acetate adhesive is particularly suitable as the aqueous adhesive.</p> |
