<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate discrimination of whether a printed documnent is new or old one by making document numbers and edition numbers printable in a document making device. CONSTITUTION:When a document making key of a keyboard 1 is pushed, a keyboard control part 2 sends a document making start signal to a document making control part 3. The part 3 sends a signal to a document control part 12 which adds +1 to the contents of a final document number register 11, and stores the same in a edition number register 14. Next, while the operator is viewing a display part 10, he makes documents by inputting characters from the keyboard 1, and stores the same in a document buffer 13. The renewal of the documents is accomplished by inputting document numbers from the keyboard 1 and selecting the documents from the buffer 13. Printing of the documents is accomplished by inputting the document numbers after pushing a document printing key. At this time, the document numbers in the register 14 are also printed. Hence, the judgement of new and old is feasible with the similar documents because the document numbers are given to the documents, thus mistaking the documents at the document correcting does not occur.</p> |
