METHOD OF CULTIVATING GARNODERMA LUCIDOM

A seed culture of Garnoderma lucidum (Fr.) Karst CM-359 was cultured in a medium contg. 2 kg saw dust of latifoliate tree, 900 g rice bran and 50g CaCO3 at 25↿C for 20 days (R.H.=50%) and maintained at 30↿C for 40 days under the condns. of R.H.=99% and 200 Lux to give its fruiting body, which is useful for a medical purpose.
