PURPOSE: A connector capable of commonly using of a signal line and an electric line is provided to reduce a size of a product and the cost and to prevent a static electricity by commonly using a signal line and an electric power line as one connecting device. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(50) has the first, second and third terminals(G,R,L). If a phone jack is inputted, the each terminal is corresponded to three terminals or two terminals and connected for transmitting a predetermined signal or a charging power. A control unit(13) comprises a transmitting/receiving signal line as an UART 13a. The control unit(13) includes an analogue/digital conversion unit(13b), and two ports(P1, P2) are analogue and digital(A/D) conversion port, respectively. The first A/D port(P1) inputs a connection kind deciding signal. The connection kind deciding signal is a voltage partially pressured by resistances(R1, R2) at a node(N1). The connection kind deciding signal is used for deciding whether the phone jack is used as a signal line or a power line. The second A/D port(P2) inputs a battery voltage detecting signal. The control unit(13) decides whether a battery voltage is charged by the battery voltage detecting signal, and generates a charging control signal(CH). A power source unit(22) includes a direct current/alternating current conversion unit, and generates a predetermined driving voltage. A charging unit(21) comprises a resistance(R3) and a transistor(Q), and responds to the charging control signal(CH) and charges a predetermined voltage to a battery voltage(BT).
