PROCESSING METHOD OF UNRIPE PEANUT

PURPOSE: A method for processing unripe peanuts is provided, to keep the peculiar property and nutrition of peanuts by decompression-packaging, quick freezing and cold storing. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: harvesting unripe peanuts; washing and selecting the harvested unripe peanuts; steaming the selected unripe peanuts with 100deg.C of steam for 3-5 minutes: cooling the steamed peanuts and decompression-packaging in a polyvinyldichloride(PVDC) film; quick freezing the packaged at -65 to -75deg.C for 24 hours; and cold storing at -18 to -20deg.C.
