The specification discloses certain 7-acylamido-3- (2-carboxyalkyl-2,3-dihydro-s-triazolo4,3-b!pyridazin-3-on-6-ylthiomet hyl)-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acids having the formula ! I wherein n is one or two and R1 represents OR OR wherein R is hydrogen, hydroxy or methoxy; R' is hydrogen or methyl; and R2 is hydrogen, or conventional, pharmaceutically acceptable, easily hydrolyzed ester forming groups; or nontoxic, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These are cephalosporins which possess the usual attributes of such compounds and are particularly useful in the treatment of bacterial infections.
