The bracket has a rotary catching part designed for catching on the bead, which is permanently hinge-joined to the bracket. Hinge joint between the catching part and bracket body is engaged with two lugs projecting from the body and bent around the adjacent edge section of the catching part. According to the method for production of such a gutter bracket, the mentioned bending of lugs is accomplished around the edge section of the catching part.
