<p>PURPOSE:To lower a cost of fixing the sensor to the stabilizer for lighting equipment and ensure the safety and reliability by a method wherein a hollow projecting part is formed on a top plate covering a surface of a main body, the protective sensor is thrusted in the hollow projecting part and fixed. CONSTITUTION:The stabilizer body 5 whose coil 7 is inserted in an iron core 6 is mounted on and housed in steps 2 of an armoring case 1 U-shaped at a section. The top plate 8 having a notched part 11 and formed with the hollow projecting part 9 is mounted on the stabilizer body in such that the notched part 11 fits to the position of a coil terminal 12. Then, curling segments 4 of the case 1 are bent and contacted to side segments of the top plate 8 to fix the main body 5. Thereafter, the protective sensor of, for example, a thermistor or the like is thrusted in the hollow projecting part 9 and fixed with a terminal 14 turned to this side, and the terminal 12 and terminal 14 are wiring-treated. Thereby, the cost can be reduced because no special fixing member being required, and the safety and reliability can be ensured because the sensor is prevented from falling off.</p> |
