PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a large-quantity treatment as the drying of raw bovine dung is rapid and can be piled tall, to eliminate the need for labor as packing and resting are merely involved and to make the device substantially trouble-free as the structure of the device is simple by using a double structure container consisting of a rectangular parallelepiped plate frame container of a cylindrical shape containing the raw bovine dung and a wire net container in contact with the plate frame on its inner side. SOLUTION: This device dries the easily collapsible soft raw bovine dung by vertically standing the raw bovine dung as if wet wash is vertically hung and is dried. The device is the double structure container consisting of the rectangular parallelepiped plate frame container 1 of the cylindrical shape and having the wire net frame container on the inner side thereof. The flanks of the plate frame are bored with holes 5 through which supporting rods 3 pass. The supporting rods 3 are horizontally passed through these holes. The entire part is enveloped by plastic bags and the temperature is raised from the inner side and outer side by a heat source (e.g.: hot water of a hot water producing device utilizing solar heat) put under the container and the sunlight to effect evaporation and deodorization and thereafter, the plastic bags are removed and the raw bovine dung is rested in the outdoor air and is exposed to the sunlight, by which the raw bovine dung is dried. Rugged grooves are vertically formed on the surfaces of the plate frames and the wire nets.
